This policy explains how this Choivex website handles personal data, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
01What data this website collects
This website has no forms, no login and no sign-up, and we do not ask for your name, email or any contact details.
If you accept usage measurement, we use Google Analytics, a Google tool, to collect access statistics: the pages and sections you view, time spent, clicks on links to our products, where you came from (for example a search engine, a social network or a direct link), your device, system and browser, your language and your approximate location (country, state and city, inferred from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store).
When available, Google may also associate the visit with aggregated profile estimates, such as age range, gender and interests. These data do not identify you, and Choivex has no access to your name, email or Google account.
If you decline, no Google script is loaded and no usage data is collected.
As with any website, the hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) may record technical access data, such as IP address, date and time and browser type, to keep the service secure and running.
02What we use the data for
To understand how the site is used, which sections interest people most and where visits come from, so we can improve the site and our products. Choivex does not sell these data and does not use them for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, item I, of the LGPD), which you give by accepting the measurement notice.
03Cookies and storage
Without your acceptance, this website does not set cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser, to tell visitors and sessions apart, valid for up to 2 years.
Your choice (accept or decline) is kept in your browser local storage, without a cookie, and you can change it at any time in "Cookie preferences" in the footer. If you decline, any Google Analytics cookies already set are deleted. Your language choice is not stored.
04Sharing and international transfer
Usage data is processed by Google, which may process it on servers outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards the LGPD provides for international transfers (art. 33). These data stay in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
05Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion, as well as information about sharing. You may withdraw your consent at any time in "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
06Choivex products
Each Choivex product, such as ChannelPilot App and Let's Sing Karaoke, has its own privacy policy, which applies to the data processed within it.
